“More of a hybrid airline than a low-cost carrier, as some aircraft offer a small Business Class section with semi full-service, and Economy also receive a complimentary snack or similar on some flights. Staff service is efficient, but the airline does not suit international customers with very poor staff language skills being prevalent. Fares are cheap, and the aircraft fleet is quite modern.”
