SriLankan Airlines is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Product standards (seats, IFE, cabin condition) on the newer A330-300 and A320neo are good for business and economy class, but poorer on older A330-200. Airport service at Colombo is quite friendly, but delay handling can be poor. Cabin staff service can offer good levels of hospitality, but lacks consistency required to meet 4-Star ratings.”
