Sunwing Airlines is Certified as a 3-Star Leisure Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Sunwing fares include free checked baggage and carry-on, but hand-carry allowances are limited. F&B must be purchased and prices and quality are reasonable (customers can pre-order to ensure availability). Legroom is average at 29-inch pitch, there is no personal IFE option. Staff often deliver a good service experience but this lacks consistency.”
