“TUI is the world’s largest leisure airline with long-haul and regional routes from Europe. Premium Class on the Boeing 787 offers a good experience with airport priority services, nice F&B and comfortable seats. Long-haul Economy includes IFE, amenities and F&B, but outside of main meals all drinks and snacks must be purchased. Short-haul fares are unbundled and catering is buy-on-board. Staff service attention is somewhat inconsistent, and this is the main element below 4-Star.”
