“Turkish Airlines achieves good ratings for onboard catering quality, and many of the product areas are meeting 4-Star. The new Business class seat on A350 and Boeing 787’s is meeting 5-Star levels but the inconsistency of cabin product has a negative impact on the final rating. Cabin staff service is meeting a good overall standard, but ground staff service at Istanbul Airport is an area where further improvement can be made.”
