It includes staff working for Customer Help / Info counters, Immigration and Security staff, shops, food & beverage outlets – all customer facing staff.

Narita International Airport wins the top award for the World’s Best Airport Staff Service in 2024, ahead of Munich Airport in 2nd place and Incheon International Airport in 3rd position. Singapore Changi Airport came in 4th place and Tokyo Haneda Airport was in 5th position.
