Air India Express has been Certified as a 4-Star Low-Cost Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, cleanliness and airport facilities, and the service rating covers both the cabin staff and ground staff standards. Air India Express achieved this Rating when assessed against comparable low-cost and hybrid airline standards.
The seating product achieves a good standard across both Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
Air India Express is a Tata Enterprise, operating over 500 daily flights that connect 49 domestic and 16 international destinations across South, Southeast and West Asia. The airline has a fleet of over 100 Boeing 737s and Airbus A320 aeroplanes.
