“This airline offers a reasonable low-cost product, but web check-in is not offered and seats are cramped. They provide a complimentary snack/meal and soft drink subject to the route, the pre-order meals checked are of a fairly good standard and cheap. Cabin cleanliness and maintenance is quite poor. Cabin staff service is courteous and friendly and helps the airline to meet a 3-Star standard.”
