“The key issue one finds with this lounge is the frequent crowding and lack of seating, and this combines with a below-average quality of cleanliness in certain areas. Some of the lounge furniture and decor is beginning to look a bit tired, and the toilets are usually quite messy. Food and drink selection is basic but reasonable quality. Staff service is mainly functional, and there is limited enhancement here.”
