“This is a busy lounge that does see some peak-time congestion and there can be a lack of privacy. However, the staff are helpful and polite, and efficiently maintain the seating areas during the turnover between customers. Dining standards are acceptable, and the bar choices are also quite good. Shower and washroom cleanliness is somewhat inconsistent and naturally subject to the volume of guests in the lounge.”
