“This lounge is a pay to use facility that is also used by some airlines for their premium customers. At peak times the lounge can be extremely busy, and does meet premium customer expectations. The range of food and beverages is satisfactory, with different choices offered to some premium customers, but there is the tendency for pay-to-use customers to extract maximum value from free items. The seating areas require better cleaning maintenance, and staff service in the lounge is based very much on function and is lacking in proper service hospitality.”
