Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge at Kuala Lumpur International Airport is Certified as a 4-Star Airline Lounge for the quality of lounge facilities and staff service.
“This is one of the poorer SilverKris lounges, quite small and often congested. The decor and seating are dated and showing wear and tear. There is little seating variation and power sockets are limited. However, there is a pleasant view of the airfield with windows on one side of the lounge. Food is quite basic and not of the standard at other SilverKris Lounges. The staff could be more proactive in cleaning runs and maintaining the buffet, items take too long to be replaced.”
