“The VIP Costa Rica Lounge is used for all international flights at SJO. A small, disappointing and congested lounge with mismatched décor, poor standard of seating and poor catering. This comprises a few unappealing packaged snacks. Facilities include a poor washroom. Cheap style seating that is both uncomfortable and not functional, there are no power sockets in this lounge. Staff offer minimal service and lack proactivity, used dishes remain on tables for hours.”
