Interjet

Interjet is Certified as a 3-Star Low-Cost Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes cabin comfort, baggage / seat charges, buy onboard food & beverages, cabin cleanliness, and service rating covers cabin and ground staff.

“Interjet is a low-cost airline that offers 34-inch pitch for all seats. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided. While the free bar service is excellent, the quality of snacks is inconsistent, and there are no buy-on-board extras to purchase. Service standards are variable, and the ground experience is quite poor in Mexico City. There is potential for Interjet to achieve a 4-Star rating with service improvements.”
