“Jeju Air achieves 4-star in its premium cabin which includes priority check-in, boarding, lounge, enhanced seat and free F&B. Economy Class receive free water, F&B can be purchased on board, and there are pre-order meals. The quality and choice of F&B are reasonable. Service quality is efficient in all cabins, but lacking some friendliness and attention to meet an overall 4-Star Low-Cost rating.”
