“Spirit Airlines has improved onboard service standards over the last 12 months, and while this largely focusses on practical items of service delivery, the staff are slightly more customer-friendly. In the airport, bag checks are still stringently applied and service quality has not improved much. Buy-on-board F&B has a fair bar selection but lacks food choices that is maybe more of an issue on longer 4 to 5 hour routes.”
