“T’way Air provides a satisfactory low-cost airline experience and standards are close to meeting 4-Star. Seat legroom is adequate for short flights but comfort is weaker for longer routes to South Asia. There are good pre-order meal options but buy-on-board choice and pricing are quite limited. Staff are efficient and quite friendly, but the service is functional and less hospitable than some airlines in the region.”
