Viva Air

Viva Air is Certified as a 2-Star Low-Cost Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes cabin comfort, baggage / seat charges, buy onboard food & beverages, cabin cleanliness, and service rating covers cabin and ground staff.

“Viva Air has a modern fleet of A320 aircraft, and onboard product standards are fair for a low-cost carrier. Cabin cleanliness is an item where improvements could be made. Whilst cabin staff service is functional, it lacks in service interest or quality. As with most LCCs, there are strict check-in and baggage rules and customers need to follow these. Poor airport service lowers the rating for Viva Air and this needs change to meet a 3-Star rating.”
