“AirAsia X has two class A330 aircraft on long-haul routes. Premium Class product is good with flatbed seats, complimentary meals and other items such as duvets, and noise-cancelling headsets. Economy Class is high-density 3x3x3 layout but legroom is adequate. Customers can rent tablets for IFE. Cabin staff service can be friendly but is quite inconsistent and in premium class needs change. Airport services in KLIA 2 are lacking a consistent standard.”
