Nok Air is Certified as a 3-Star Low-Cost Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes cabin comfort, baggage / seat charges, buy onboard food & beverages, cabin cleanliness, and service rating covers cabin and ground staff.
“Nok Air is primarily a domestic low-cost carrier with some regional international flights. Airport service is satisfactory in Bangkok, and onboard customers receive a small bottle of water. Pre-order meals are available, but quality is variable. There is a small buy onboard F&B selection. Cabin service is quite friendly, but language skills can be limited. Onboard WiFi is available on a few aircraft but we have not been able to assess this. Some of the cabin interiors require improved maintenance.”
