The World’s 5-Star Lounge Rating is the highest quality accolade we award to airline lounges achieving the highest overall Quality performance. It recognises very high standards of lounge facilities and amenities, together with exceptional and consistent standards of lounge staff service.
To achieve a Global 5-Star Lounge Rating, the lounge facilities and staff service must be meeting or setting global best practice for the different features under evaluation.
